We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. However due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the nature of our hair and body products being custom made, these items are non returnable. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to work with you.
SHIPPING INFO
Typically we ship within 1-3 business days. If we run into an issues and it is going to be longer than we stated we will inform you, a tracking number will be provided by email when your package is to be shipped.

We ship first class and priority mail, and while it is suppose to arrive within 2-5 business days, this is not always the case and can be substantially delayed.
